Comments

Hot water restored, temperature was at 50.1C at two compartment sinks and 73.2C at plate for dishwasher. Hot water available at all handwash stations including men and women's bathroom. Handsinks were accessible at time of inspection. Door handle replaced for glass cooler in the back. Bleach sanitizer available for bar and kitchen area at 100ppm. No food being prepared onsite at the time and all food were stored in cooler <4C. Proper food storage noted. Instructed operator to discard all unused ingredient such as glucose syrup as it attracts fruit flies. **Health approval granted to reopen restaurant as hot water is restored. Closure order rescinded. *Pending issues - more cleaning required for fryer area, tile replacement and weather strip to be added for back screen door.
