Routine inspection:

Interior of premise had painting done and is currently in the process of re-organizing. At this time go through items in premise and remove any unnecessary items not required for day to day to operation. Thoroughly clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces prior to resuming operations.

Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
2 compartment sink available for use.
Walk in cooler at or below 4 degrees C.
Freezer at -20 degrees C.
Preparation cooler inserts and lower section at or below 4 degrees C.
Front area sliding glass door cooler at -1 degrees C. Freezer at -24 degrees C.
No hot holding at time of inspection.
FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection.
Permit to operate to be re-posted on wall at front area.
