Joint inspection with bylaw enforcement officer Micky Trainor and EHO Korine Deol. - Follow-up inspection to routine conducted on December 12, 2018. Hot water has not yet been restored to facility. Facility was not processing any food prior to follow-up inspection. However, closure order has been COVERED by a message posted by the operator indicating that the oven is not functioning. - Plumber was on-site and was in process of changing the hot water boiler during the inspection WARNING: You are not allowed to cover up a closure order. Closure order was uncovered during the inspection. Further violations will result in additional enforcement. A follow-up inspection will occur later today to ensure that hot water has been restored to facility.
