Addressed violations: Management now reviewing daily checklists more thoroughly Dishwasher functional at time of inspection - sanitizer level measured 50ppm chlorine residual Leaking pipe from downstairs ceiling has been repaired Clogged mop sink has been unclogged and can now be used Ice scoops found in holder and in a plastic cup at drive through window Remaining items: File room beside office needs to be organized and cleaned Tile repair needed at the syrup dispensing area - fruit flies breeding heavily here due to drain being in a poor state of repair Ice scoop holder needed at drive through ice box Note: renovations to begin late Sept. Please call me for reinspection prior to opening up the new area.
