Re code 306: Required cleaning has been completed
Re code 304: Minimal droppings noted. Operator has requested more frequent pest control services. New fruit fly activity noted at the warewashing sinks. Remove stagnant water in sinks. Clean the sink area. Remove duct tape from the sink tap. Repair/replace tap as needed. Report any new pest activity to pest control technician. Follow all recommendations made by technician.
Re code 307: Garden chemical spray bottles still on site. Do not use equipment that is not food grade. Remove equipment from premises and obtain a suitable food grade alternative.
Re code 315: Noted built in digital thermometer in display cooler case where the cakes are located. Obtain another refrigerator themometer for the sausage rolls at the other end of the display case unit.
Re code 209: Door to washroom still not self closing. Operator has requested more time to have this completed. To be done by next routine inspection.
Another follow up inspection will be conducted to confirm progress in pest activity and other outstanding items to be completed.
