Follow up inspection conducted to verify compliance with Correction order (issued 31-Oct-2022): - Flooring under Rational oven has been repaired/replaced with stainless finish and is in sanitary condition. - Correction order rescinded as action required was completed. Issues requiring ongoing action from previous inspection: - Pest Control service contract continues to be in place with service every 2 weeks. - Bait boxes removed from premises by Manager at time of the inspection. Notify Pest Control Technician to place traps in areas where bait boxes were located. - Sanitation of premises maintained. No rodent droppings observed at time of the inspection.
