Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted:
Display case cooler and walk-in cooler at 4C
Walk-in freezer at -16C.
Soft ice-cream machine currently not in use.
Hot holding of rice at 60C.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
No pest noted.
3-compartment sink satisfactory. Chlorine (bleach) used as sanitizer and concentration was at 100ppm.
Front and back hand washing stations satisfactory.
All food items stored at least 6 inches off the ground and properly covered.
