Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 10 boxes and 4 bags of fresh rice stick noodle stored on the green shelf in front of the handwashing sink measured between 14-18C with 3 probe thermometers. Operator infrared gun read 19.2C. Photos were taken and bags and boxes of product state keep refrigerated and perishable. These noodles were stored here since Monday night with receipt provided
Corrective Action(s): Discard the noodles and re consider the use of this storage space. Review food safety plan regarding noodle handling to ensure food safety. Correction order has been issued and further non-compliance may result in enforcement action such as violation fines. Potentially hazardous foods stored between 4-60C is a critical hazard.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The only handwashing sink in back kitchen was blocked on both sides with a table and buckets of soup for cooling.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the handwashing sink is fully accessible and fully equipped at all times with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel. Correction order has been issued. Further non-compliance may result in enforcement action such as violation fines.
