Observation: Some rodent droppings observed in kitchen behind freezer unit. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - Floor cleaned during inspection.

Clean in containers storing utensils. A screw was found in container. Ensure these items are cleaned routinely and that utensils are inspected for signs of wear. A screw could easily fall into food and be served to a customer as it is a small object easily missed.

Corrective Action(s): Continue to trap for rodents. No rodents observed in traps during time of inspection. Rodent droppings not found in other areas during inspection.
