Low-temperature dishwasher achieves 100ppm Chlorine at plate level Glass washer achieves 50ppm chlorine at the plate level 2-compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Coolers (walk-in, prep cooler - upper and lower components, 2 display units) noted at 4C or below. Hot holding inserts noted at 60C or above. Ice machine noted in sanitary condition. Ice scoop stored outside unit in a clean container. Handwashing station equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels. Liquid soap and single-use paper towel dispensers affixed. QUAT sanitizer bottles noted at 200ppm. Food storage satisfactory.
