Dry storage room reorganized. Remember not to store food with or next to chemicals.
Staff belongings hung on wall and not stored with food.
Small chest freezer reorganized so ice cream pails are stored on top of each other and not with raw meat.
Cleaning completed in kitchen, exhaust hood and flooring done.
Aluminum foil lining of shelves removed.
Bleach sanitizer available in bar and kitchen.

*Dishwasher thermometer and back screen door weather stripping both have been ordered but not arrived. Also order more chlorine test strips.
