2. Sauce containers are caked with old sauce.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The handsink was blocked with baskets of noodles, and paper towel was not in stock.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that the handsink is used for washing hands only and is unobstucted at all times. The handsink shall be maintained with hot & cold running water, liquiod soap and papter towel.

Observation: Observed fly infestation near the dishwashing area. The operator noted that he has contacted pest control company to come in next week.
Corrective Action(s): Alleivate the fly infestation issue by means of pest control (ie. fly trap). Clean and dry the dishwashing area at the end of each day. Do not leave foods on the counter overnight. Garbage bags must be discarded or tied up at the end of each day. Date to be corrected: Immediately

Observation: 1. Walls in the food preparation area and the dishwashing area were splashed with foods.
2. Shelves throughout the kitchen were accumulated with food debris
