Walk in freezer at -16 degrees C.
Preparation cooler inserts at 0-2 degrees C. Lower section at 3-4 degrees C.
Upright freezer at -14 degrees C.
Ambient air temperature case display of pizzas provided with time card/management system on 2 hour discard time.
FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection.
Permit posted in front area.
Temperature monitoring records maintained and available for review.
Bleach sanitizer solution available for use in labeled spray bottle.
Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Customer washroom hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.

Note: technicians currently installing a chemical dispensing system at 3 compartment sink. Sanitizer to be switched over to quats. Test strips to be provided.
