- Premises maintained in sanitary condition
- Hot and cold running water supplied to sinks
- Handsink supplied with liquid soap and paper towel
- All cooler were operating at required temperatures (4C or colder):
- Walk-in cooler 1C
- 2 door undercounter cooler 3C
- Sandwich line 3C (proteins side) 4C (veggie side)
- Beverage cooler 1C
- Walk-in freezer -20C
- Hot held foods (soup, meatballs) were maintained at 60C or above.
- Foods were stored in a manner to prevent contamination - wrapped/covered, on shelving.
- Temperatures logs maintained
- Probe thermometer present and observed to be in use for checking reheating temperature.
- Manual dishwashing with 3 compartment sink. Quats sanitizer from dispenser 200ppm. Stoppers present to allow sink compartments to be filled.
- Quats sanitizer (200ppm) present in spray bottle for sanitizing food contact surfaces
- No signs of pest presence noted. Pest control contract in place with monthly service.
- Staff/public washrooms maintained and supplied with liquid soap and paper towel
- Foodsafe requirement met at time of the inspection.
