Liquid soap and paper towel at front handsink. All fridges are maintaining foods at 4 degrees C. or colder. Walk in freezer is -18 degrees C or colder. Temperature logs are being maintained. Foods in warmers including meatballs are being hot held at 60 degrees C or hotter. Sanitizer in spray bottle measured 400 PPM. 400 PPM acceptable as per label. General sanitation is overall good. All items stored off the floor.
