-Note: Operator stated that one of the coolers will be moved from the back of the store to the current dry storage area. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Temperature records and time tracking records were up to date. No evidence of pests. Pest control report reviewed at the time of the inspection. Staff are FoodSafe Level 1 certified. Quats sanitizer solution was tested at 200 ppm. Test strips available onsite. Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. General sanitation was satisfactory.
