Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A few of the fried items (pakora, fried fish) were hot held in steam table at below 60C.
Corrective Action(s): Hot foods must be held at above 60C. Staff adjusted temperature of hot holding unit at time of inspection.
**Ensure these foods are served within the next hour and discard any leftovers. .

- Bleach sanitizer solution available in two spray bottles at 200 ppm
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 74C at plate surface level during final rinse cycle
- All coolers were at or below 4C; Freezers temperatures satisfactory
- Food storage practices satisfactory; General sanitation satisfactory
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
