Reference NCR #236984 New dishwasher has been installed - reached 71 Celcius at the dishes. Need to hook up automatic detergent pump ASAP. Call when done. Temperature logs are being kept up-to-date. Sanitation logs are being kept. Provide sous-vide temperature logs to my office for review.
