Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # RHEN-CL2V53 of Nov-10-2022 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Quats main feed at dish sinks measured at 100 to 150 ppm. Measured spray bottle at 0 ppm and sanibuckets at 100 ppm. Must be 200 ppm. Correction: Have service technician look at sanitizer feed system. As temporary measure, manually add sanitizer concentrate from designated bottle (labelled quats) directly to filled sink to achieve 200 ppm solution in sanitize sink as discussed. Use filled sink to fill sani-buckets and repeat multiple times throughout the day as discussed. Follow up inspection to review will be conducted on date noted on report.
