Observation: Baseboards chewed though by mice in multiple locations under sinks and under shelves in dishwashing room. Multiple ceiling panels chewed through by mice in dishwashing room.
Cover for ceiling fire sprinkler filled with cockroaches.
-replace baseboards; replace damaged ceiling panels and remove sprinkler cover.
