Follow up inspection to MTRG- AE7R7T
The following deficiencies have been corrected:
- Paper towels now available in men's staff washroom
- Handwashing sink located by 'mixing line' now in good working order
- Foods now covered with lids or plastic wrap to further protect foods from contamination
- One section of ceiling tiles have been cleaned
Note: Other section will be cleaned today according to operator
- Fan covers are now free from dust accumulation
- Wall mounted potato cutter is being kept in sanitary condition
- 'BRUTE' food containers have been cleaned, continue to clean and maintain these containers
Note: China board/ wall board still requires attention (in need of cleaning)
- All sinks have been re-caulked with silicon
- High temperature dishwasher was serviced, tech needs to come back and replace some components (invoice given to Environmental Health Officer), ensure that wiring is adjusted before ware-washing occurs to reach adequate sanitization temperature. (Final rinse at 71C, once wiring was adjusted during time of inspection)
Note: Ensure to notify Environmental Health Officer once components have been replaced
