Follow up inspection: -Dry storage area floor and shelving was re-sanitized. -Affected area with rodent droppings was cleaned to remove the rodent droppings. -Hard-to-reach areas near the hot-holding unit were cleaned to remove buildup. -Back storage room floor was cleaned to remove build-up. -Dry food and equipment was stored in pest proof containers with tight fitting lids. -100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in the bucket. -Cloth towels were removed from the stainless steel surfaces in the kitchen. Please continue pest control measures discussed during the routine inspection. A second follow up inspection will be conducted randomly next month to check that pest control measures are still in place and food /equipment/utensils are still being protected from contamination. Please provide the district EHO a copy of your next pest control report.
