- General sanitation is good.
- The main handwashing station supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, paper towels.

Temperature control:
- Upright beverage/sandwich cooler (front of the cafe) = 4C
- Chest ice cream freezer = -17C
- Open display cooler maintained at 15C. Only soda/non PHFs stored inside
- Thermometers inside all refrigeration units.

- Two compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. QUAT sanitizer available.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks. Most items are at min 6inches(15cm) off the floor to facilitate in cleaning.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection.
