Store the ice to be used in beverages inside a clean bucket.
Clean inside the ice machine.
After reheating food in the microwave, check with a thermometer to make sure that they are at least 74C or 165F.
General sanitation is good. The back prep room and storage room is tidy. Overhead lights are protected with clear sleeves.
Temperature of refrigeration units are satisfactory.
Sanitizer is detected in the dishwasher rinse.
Handwashing station is satisfactory.
