Previous infractions have been corrected: 1. Proper scoops and labels in place for food containers. 2. Ingredients in use now have labels - good. 3. Proper food grade containers with lids in use. Tin cans no longer in use. 4. Cleaning in spilt flour areas is completed. 5. Back door sweep has been installed and prevents pest entry. Dining area fridges in use in follow up inspection: Bar fridge at 4C or less beer and cherries only. Stand up cooler at 4C or below pop and juice, top -18C ice cream. Facility now in compliance.
