A follow-up inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Staff washroom sink had running hot and cold water. Hot water line was plumbed into the 3-comp. sink line. Repairs in process to block, putty, seal and paint opening in wall.
- The 3-compartment sink faucet no longer leaks/drips.
- Ensure to complete repairs to the other mentioned areas by their correction date (April 2018).
