-As per the compliance letter issued in 2017, this establishment was previously limited to 12 seats, however, this has been rescinded.
-Sanitation log is being kept up to date. Note that the dishwasher temperature is being recorded as 71 C with no max hold thermometers/ thermolabels on site. There are three main options for checking the dishwasher's final rinse temperature: thermolabels, a max hold thermometer, the manifold will show the maximum rinse temperature during the cycle. Ensure that one method is adhered to and recorded daily.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
No evidence of pests, pest control report available for review on site.
Food is stored in pest proof containers.
Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
