Follow up inspection:
-Rodent droppings were removed from previously affected areas.
-Food contact surfaces stored on the lower surfaces of tables were placed into pest proof containers with tight fitting lids.
-Strainers and other food contact surfaces were either covered in containers or placed on a high shelving unit.
-Person in charge stated that they check areas twice per day for pest activity.
-Walk-in-cooler floor below the shelving units was cleaned to remove buildup. Make sure regular (e.g. weekly) cleaning is conducted of the walk-in-cooler floor to prevent buildup.
-Rice and pumpkin in the hot-holding unit was at or above an internal temperature of 60 degrees C.
