Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 0 ppm Quats detected in all red sanitizer pails at front stations and at the main dispenser at the triple sink.
Corrective Action(s): Fix main sanitizer dispenser to dispense 200 ppm Quats. Service called. Fix the dispenser on or before Oct 27, 2016
200 ppm Quat Sanitizer dispensed from the mop area dispenser at the time of inspection. 200 ppm Quat solution provided for all santiizer pails. Ensure that staff monitor and record santiizer concentration as per you sanitation plan.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 5 hand sinks in the front food service area are out of liquid soap.
Corrective Action(s): Liquid soap replenished at the time of inspection. Hand washing supplies (hot/cold water) liquid soap and paper towels must be provided at all times and replensihed as needed. Future violation in this regard may result in the issuance of violation ticket(s)/fines

Observation: Observed staff washing hands without soap. Observed sandwich counter staff touching monitor with gloved hands and going back to preparing food. The monitor surface is laden with sticky food residue.
Corrective Action(s): Staff must be educated on good hand hygiene and handwashing between handling food and non-food items. Staff must be aware and replenish hand washing supplies as needed. Correct immdiately.
