Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
Display coolers are measured to be over 4 deg.C. Food temperatures ranged from egg @ 13.6 deg.C; tomato @ 6.2 deg.C; chicken @ 7.2 deg.C. Temperature log is maintained, noted under 40F / 4 deg.C this morning. Digital reader on coolers indicated temperature of 42 deg.F (veggie) and 38 deg.F (meat). Potentially hazardous foods must be maintained at 4 deg.C or less at all times. Turn down coolers.

No hot water available at time of visit. Max. temperature addressed at 26.1 deg.C. A minimum of 45 deg.C must be available. Staff indicated after a big load of dishes it takes awhile for hot water to come back. A bigger hot water tank should be installed.

- Liquid handsoap + paper towel present at handwashing stations
- General sanitation is satisfactory
- No signs of pests at time of visit.
- Quats Sanitizer in container + dispensing system noted at 200ppm.
- Quats test strips present to test sanitizer concentration.
