General comments: - Handwashing stations adequately supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels. - Walk-in cooler and front prep coolers at 4'C. - Hot-holding units at 60'C. - Temperature logs are maintained. - 200ppm Quats sanitizer in dishwashing sink and sanitizer buckets with wiping cloths. - General food storage practices is satisfactory. - Ice machine is satisfactory. Ice scoop is stored in a proper manner. - No evidence of pest activity. Pest control company contracted. Traps in place. Inspection conducted with/by a student EHO. Report #261830.
