305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)] Observation: Front right swing gate door - new door sweep installed, however door sweep does not fit close to the floor in a closed position to accomodate the sloped floor. Corrective Action(s): Effective pest proofing measures must not allow gaps of more than 1 cm to exclude mice. Gate can be equipped with broom style door sweep that can be set lower to exclude pests and be flexible to work with uneven floor space when gate is opened OR a removable barrier can be installed inside the gates to exclude pests that can be placed when premise closes for the evening when rodent activity will be at its greatest. Wiping rags in use stored in 200 ppm Quaternary Ammonia - Ensure sanitizer is changed frequently to maintain 200 ppm residual Required cleaning conducted in office area, washroom and around ovens. Point of sale station - front counter panel has been re-installed to pest proof counter area. 3 compartment sink - drain board leak has been repaired with metal flashing and caulking.
