- Wiping cloths stored in 200 ppm chlorine bleach sanitizing solution throughout kitchen for sanitizing food contact surfaces.
- Operator has refilled Quats dispenser. 200 ppm Quats sanitizer available from dispenser. Quats is only used for manual dishwashing and sanitizing purposes at 3-compartment sink.

- Required cleaning has been completed.
**Continue to work on maintaining a higher level of sanitation throughout the premises, especially in hard to reach areas between, under, and behind equipment.

- Operator has contacted Ecolab to provide pest control services. Monthly pest control services will be provided by Ecolab.
- Follow all recommendations provided by your pest control service technician.
