- Wiping cloths were soaking in bleach solution at 200 ppm
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 74C at the plate surface level during final rinse
- All coolers were at or below 4C
- Freezer temperatures satisfactory
- Temperature records are well maintained and up to date
- General sanitation good
- No signs of pest activity at time of inspection
