-Follow-up inspection to Feb 13, 2019. -Front sweet cooler has been serviced and foods were probed at 4C (top and bottom shelving areas). Continue to monitor cooler unit and adjust/service as needed. -Operator is schedule to take FoodSafe Level 1 tomorrow. FoodSafe Level 1 certificates are valid 5 years from the date of issuance. -Operator is still in process of repairing prep cooler door seal -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
