Follow up inspection to MTRG-AEPTPK. The following deficiencies were corrected: - Chlorine sanitizer solution (bleach solution) always had concentration of 100-200ppm in one spray bottle, other bottle had 50ppm (*corrected during time of inspection), ensure to change bottles frequently - Fan covers in walk in cooler now free from dust accumulation - Grease accumulation on shelving by sweets preparation area has been mostly removed, continue to focus on hard to reach areas during clean up - Food spillage accumulation within main prep/line cooler has been cleaned - Another soap dispenser is now in place at handwashing station in front service area
