Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted several wiping cloths stored on the counters in the kitchen.
Corrective Action(s): Keep all wiping cloths stored in sanitizer solution to prevent microbial growth. Do not keep wiping cloths on counters.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted hand soap at server station mixed with water again. Hand sink by ice machine did not have paper towel. No concerns with other hand wash stations.
Corrective Action(s): Do not dilute hand soap with water. General manager to discuss this issue with staff. Ensure hand wash stations are fully equipped with soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water.

Meat slicer appeared clean at time of inspection.
Colour coded cutting boards available on site.
Ice machine appeared clean. Scoop for ice stored outside of the ice in a separate container.
Quat sanitizer at source and in spray bottles 200ppm. (See violation code 302 regarding use of wiping cloths)
High temperature dish washer achieved 71C (with thermolabel).
