* Note: Ensure hand washing sinks have adequate soap and paper towels available at all times
* Sanitizer was available and found to be at 200 ppm chlorine residual in buckets to store wiping rags
* Note: food was found being stored at room temperature and had to be discarded (Eg. cooked rice, etc)
