General sanitation is good.
Staff working today stated that she is FoodSafe certified but did not have the certificate on hand. Keep a photocopy of staff's FoodSafe certificate onsite.
Store the container of individually portioned creamo in back cooler in the front service area rather than the pop cooler. The pop cooler is too warm for dairy.
Concentration of sanitizer is satisfactory.
