- Cleaning of floor outlined in routine inspection report has been completed. - Based on condition on permit to operate and due to only having 2 compartment warewashing sink, food service establishment is to use single service utensils only for food/beverage service. Under food premises regulations, utensils include tableware, glasses, cutlery. Remove cups, plates from premises as they are not to be used to food service to customers. Only utensils used for preparation of beverages, food are to be stored at the premises.
