The walk-in cooler has been cleaned. Registered 4 C at the time of inspection.
Dry storage area appeared clean and well organized.
3-door freezer at -19 degrees C.

Kitchen pods:

All upright coolers below 4 C.
All under counter freezers below -18 C.
Final rinse temperature for all dishwashers reached at least 71 C the plate surface.
Quats sanitizer in the spray bottles tested 200 ppm.
Hand wash stations supplied with liquid soap and paper towels.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
Temperature logs are up to date.
