Observation: New oven and food laiden oily boxes stored next to the preparation cooler accumulating dirt and is easily contaminated -unit has been there for a month as per operator
Corrective Action(s): Clean and disinfect the area -discard the oily boxes -cover up the oven or have it installed in it's intended position next to the Walk-in cooler
