- Premises has been undergoing scheduled renovations. Premises remained open during renovations; however, dining room was closed to the public. Food equipment (new ovens) placement as per approved floorplans. Drive-thru handsink was moved ~ 1' to the right - no concerns, unit is accessible.

- Handsinks accessible, provided with liquid soap, papertowels, hot and cold water.
- 200 ppm Quats sanitizer available to sanitize food contact surfaces.
- Manual dishwashing practices observed - 200 ppm Quats sanitizer used for sanitizing food equipment.
- High Temperature Sanitizing Dishwasher: 75.5 deg C at dish surface - Final Rinse Gauge read >82 deg C.
**All dining room dishware and utensils as well as equipment that was not in use during the renovations MUST be properly washed and sanitized before using.

- Premises may begin to offer full menu and services to the public.

**Ensure that hole in wall above drive-thru handsink is properly sealed and extra wiring/ tubing is removed. Stainless steel plate has been ordered to seal hole.
