Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer pails (2) had undetectable levels of chlorine residual at the time of inspection. Operator made fresh bleach solution and demonstrated how the solution is made on the regular basis. Ensure the sanitizer levels are maintained during all hours of operation.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The facility only has one sink dedicated for handwashing and it had dishes collecting at the time of inspection. Operator removed the dishes to clear the handwashing sink. Ensure the handwashing sink is always available for handwashing.

Observation: Rodent droppings were spotted in the back storage room near the exit door (on the floor).
Corrective Action(s): Clean up the area and disinfect with a bleach solution. Keep the area free of food debris and practice frequent cleaning to monitor new pest activity. Date to be corrected by: immediately.

The facility has undergone renovations without a health approval. It is requied for you to have a 3-compartment sink for adequate sanitation during operation. Currently, the facility only has one big dish-sink and one hand washing sink.
Corrective Action(s): Please submit renovation plans to the inspector to obtain health approval. Date to be corrected by: November 14, 2020.
