Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Ice machine appears to have mould inside. Several pizza pans ready to be reused were greasy with black/brown build up.
Correction: Please empty ice and thoroughly clean and sanitize the ice machine. Pizza pans need to be cleaned more regularly and thoroughly. Both ice machine and pizza pans must be properly cleaned by follow up inspection.

Walk-in cooler floor and shelving units cleaned. Ensure to clean these areas more frequently.
Food stored off the floor and covered.
Ceiling light and cover replaced.
Cleaning completed in dry storage floor and ice machine.
Pizza pans much cleaner, please also remember to wash and sanitize pizza pans more frequently.
Bar fridge adjusted and measured at 4.8C with thermometer equipped inside.
Staff informed that they have decided to keep milk in walk-in cooler.
Alcohol warning sign posted.
