- Hand washing station supplied with hot/cold running water, single use paper towels - All cooler ambient air temperature below 4 degree C - All freezer ambient air temperature below -18 degree C - Hot holding above 60 degree C - dishwasher final rinse temperature has 50 ppm C - Ice bin, Ice maker, and ice scoop were maintained in a clean and sanitary manner - Time stamps were placed on food containers - Food were stored at least 6 inch from floor level - Staff on site Food Safe level 1 certified - pest control in place - hot holding device available for the ice cream scoop Note: 2 compartment sink has a minor leak and the dishwasher are faucet is leaking. Work order is in place.
