Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted pot (intended to be washed) stored on a crate in front of hand wash station located beside two compartment sink. Large amounts of paper towel were also pulled out of the paper towel holder when one was pulled out. Staff said that paper towel ordered was not the correct size for the dispenser and they will need to order the correct sized paper towel. However, staff are aware and are careful when pulling paper towel. Staff member demonstrated pulling paper towel at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure hand wash station remains unobstructed at all times and is equipped with the correct type/size of paper towel for the dispenser.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted bag of onions on the ground.
Corrective Action(s): Keep all foods stored off the ground to protect from contamination.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted delivered frozen meat in boxes on the ground at time of inspection. Only two staff member on duty. Staff members said that they did not have time to put away deliveries.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all deliveries are put away upon arrival.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back door was open at time of inspection. There was a board on the ground and net curtains put up over the open back door.
Corrective Action(s): Remove board and curtains and obtain/install a screen over the back door or keep back door closed in order to prevent pest entry into the premises.

Hand wash stations were fully equipped with hot/cold running water, soap and paper towel. See violation code 401 re: accessibility and paper towel dispenser.

Probe thermometer available on site to check internal temperature of foods. Ensure probe is sanitized between uses.
General sanitation satisfactory. No obvious sign of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
Hood ventilation system clean. Light covers in place.
Quat sanitizer at source and in spray bottles 200ppm. Reminded staff that if wiping cloths are used to wipe food contact surfaces that they should be stored/submerged in sanitizer solution.
Low temperature dish washer had 50ppm chlorine.
Chorine and quat test strips available.
Foodsafe trained staff members on duty in operator's absence.
