Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
DDBSA/Lactic Acid spray bottle between 2.11-4.30/272-700ppm. 2-compartment sink available. High-temperature dishwasher measured at 75.5C final rinse temperature at plate level.
Prep coolers, display cooler, undercounter cooler, and stand-up cooler measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezer measured at -18C. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher.
Ice scoop observed to be stored outside ice machine in container. Ice machine observed to be in sanitary condition. MEat slicer in sanitary condition.

NOTE: Ensure underneath hard to reach areas like stand-up coolers/freezers are cleaned daily to prevent build-up of debris. Do not use handwashing sink as a place to cut food using cutting board. Use counter space to cut food.

Overall, facility well maintained and organized.
