Observation: 1. Large bay doors (2) left open during inspection
2. Access to unit 105 (large cut out in wall)
3. Access to front cafe area (open door way - no door)
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all entry points into facility are controlled to prevent pest entry.
1. Keep bay doors closed when not in use while shipping and receiving. If doors are to be left open for cooling of unit then bay screen doors must be installed or in place.
2. Install door / barrier between unit 104 & 105 to control space. Unit 105 is used for equipment storage and unit 104 is used primarily for supplies and roasting.
3. Install door to separate and control Roasting area from front cafe / office areas.

-No signs of pest activity noted during inspection. Pest control devices noted onsite
***2 large bay doors open during inspection and large access through cut out wall to unit #105 (***violation noted above)
-General sanitation satisfactory
