- Pest control technician was on site at time of visit however full assessment is not done yet. - A full assessment is to be done by pest control professional re; rodent and house files and send a copy of report via email to fatemeh.emami@fraserhealth.ca , in meantime continue cleaning and monitoring for any rodent activity - Overall sanitation is improved however a better and regular cleaning is required to maintain a satisfactory level of sanitation -Dishwashing area is organized - Translated manual dishwashing, hand washing , only employee and illegal dairy products are provided to the operator ** Ensure to have bleach solution at each food handling area ** Grease trap wooden cover- discard clean the top and cover with either SS cover or cleanable material **Re: menu: ONLY kebab, bread and rice at this time ** Remove all other extra tools or equipment from the facility -In future, adding only one item (on daily menu) will be considered- fresh daily and no left over Follow up visit will be in one week to lift the order.
